PASSION FOR FOOD
Savoring Memories
My journey into the world of nutrition began at a young age, when I was diagnosed with celiac disease at 13. I learned firsthand the profound impact food has on health and what it is like navigating a new dietary landscape. With the guidance of a skilled dietitian and the right tools, I regained control over my health, symptoms, and daily life. This pivotal experience ignited a passion for nutrition that deepened throughout my undergraduate studies. It became evident to me that I wanted to help others with their own relationships with food, guide them through new diagnoses, and empower them to embrace a nourishing lifestyle. Food plays a central role in various aspects of our lives, and this diversity in our relationships with food is what fascinates me about nutrition—no two journeys are alike.
PASSION FOR LIFE
Savoring Movement
I am a firm believer that finding movement and exercise that you love to do and look forward to can change your life. There's a huge difference between exercising because you think you should versus moving your body because it truly fuels you. Alongside a balanced diet, moving your body is key to overall wellness and reaching personal goals. I love cycling (both indoors and outdoors) and you’ll probably catch me singing along to any pop song at barre, pilates, or functional strength classes.
